Wanda S. Allen, 73, of Rockwall, passed away in the early morning hours of July 10, 2015 in Rowlett. She is survived by a host of friends. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 15, in the Chapel of Quinlan Funeral Home. The service will start at 11:00 am with Brother David Hammond Officiating.
