Vernon Davis

August 2, 1928 — March 30, 2017

Vernon D Davis, 88, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2017 in Tyler. Mr Davis was born in Emmit on August 2, 1928 the son of Andy and Gladys Davis. He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of Noonday Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, Raymond Davis and Jimmy Davis and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 11:00 am at Noonday Cemetery with Rev. Loyd Uzzell officiating.
