Tommy Lee Hailey, 61, resident of Grand Saline, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2011. He was born on July 29, 1949 in Terrell, the son of Buck Hailey and Elizabeth Flossie (Jumper) Hailey. Tommy served in the United States Army and was an electrician before his retiring. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Hailey; three sisters, Katie Miller and her husband Bobby of Grand Saline, Linda Moore and her husband Jimmy of Quinlan, and Betty Glass of Grand Saline; four brothers, James Thomas of Paris, Jacky Robinson of Mineral Springs, AR, Jimmy Robinson and his wife Peggy of Lone Oak, and Billy Thomas and his wife Amber of Seabrook; two aunts, Letha Jumper of Quinlan and Ruby Jo Robinson of Irving; uncle, Bo Jumper of Quinlan; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Tommy is preceded in death by his father, Buck Hailey; mother, Elizabeth Flossie Thomas; sister, Helen Robinson Magaha; and brother, Jerry Hammer. His funeral service is planned for 1:00 pm Friday, March 25, at the funeral home with his aunt, lifetime ordained minister, Rev. Letha Jumper officiating. His burial will follow the service at West Memorial Cemetery in Quinlan. Visitation with the family will be March 24, Thursday night from 6 - 8 at the funeral home.
