Rudolph Phillips

Rudolph James Phillips, 84, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014 in Terrell, Texas. Rudolph was born August 26, 1929 to Jim and Cammie Phillips in Quinlan, Texas. Rudolph worked for many years as a custodian with and later retired from the Garland School District. Rudolph is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Cammie; his wife Venita; one brother and a sister. He is survived by his brothers, Bobby Phillips and Frank Phillips; sister, Nellie Stulce; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors. The family wishes to express their special thanks to the staff and friends at Windsor Care Center for taking such excellent care of their brother and friend. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A private interment at Restland Memorial Park will be held at a later time.
