Ronald Rumpf

Ronald Elmer Rumpf, 78, of Quinlan went home to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on December 13, 2016 in Dallas. Ron was born on November 16, 1938 to his parents, Elmer Stanford Rumpf and Dorothy (Lengle) Rumpf in Ravine, PA. Ron served his country by spending 22 years in the US Navy. Ron married Patricia Sutton and God blessed them with four children.

He is preceded in his death by his parents, Elmer and Dorothy Rumpf.

Those who cherishing the memories of Ron are his loving wife, Patricia Rumpf of Quinlan; his three daughters, Tessa Andrews of Quinlan, Leslie Rena Rumpf of Quinlan, and Samantha Dowdy; his son, Ronald Rumpf of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Janine Myers, Adam Myers, Zane Andrews; one sister, Ruth Alice Moser and her husband Frank; and other relatives and friends.

His funeral service will be Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Quinlan Funeral Home with Bro, Bill Garmon officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Friday night from 6:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home. His Interment will be in the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery in Dallas.
