Ramond Scott Jr.

Raymond Scott Jr., of West Tawakoni, passed away Saturday July 2, 2011 in Greenville Texas. He was born on January 28, 1942 in Dallas, Texas the son of Raymond and Katherine Scott, Sr. Raymond Scott worked as a book binder for RCL Enterprises, Inc., and was responsible for the binding of the Barney Book series and many others. He was also a former employee of Wal-Mart in Quinlan. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Jean Hayes Scott, sons James Ray Scott and his wife Connie Scott, and Richard Lee Scott and his wife, Dawn Scott, four granddaughters, one grandson, and one great grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Katherine McQueen Scott, and Raymond Leroy Scott, Sr., and his father-in-law, David Lee Hayes. A service will be held in the Chapel at Quinlan Funeral Home at 10:00 am Wednesday July 6, 2011. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 pm.
