Opal Allison

Opal Allison, 90, was born into this world on July 28, 1922 and arrived into eternity on February 21, 2013. She wanted to live to be 103 and almost made it, what a full wonderful life she had. Opal had a huge family and the numbers get a little fuzzy. She has just been re united with her loving husband, Valton Allison; she has missed him for 20 years. We are all sure they are dancing in heaven together. The best image to behold is her standing in the arms of her savior hearing him say Well done my faithful servant, you are finally home. Those left to celebrate her life include her eight children and their spouses, Thirty-three plus grandchildren, and numerous great and great great grandchildren, brother, Billy Gene Bailey, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Valton Allison, parents, Robert and Ellie May Bailey, one brother and three sisters. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 3:00p.m. at Quinlan Funeral Home. Interment will follow out at IOOF Cemetery in Quinlan. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. also at the Funeral Home.
