Nalin Overton

Nalin Overton, 65, of Quinlan passed away on Monday, October 16, 2017 in Arlington. Nalin was born on June 16, 1952 in San Diego, California to her parents, Henry Lewis and Nancy Lee (McCain) Palmer. She married Lee R. Overton on November 17, 1981 in Mt. Pleasant. She worked for Walmart as a department manager for several years.

Nalin is preceded in her death by her parents, Henry and Nancy Palmer, and her husband, Lee Overton who passed away on February 7, 2017.

Her family members who are cherishing the memories of her life are her children, Shannon Turner of Grand Prairie, Dwain Overton of Hobbs, New Mexico, Charlotte Sears of Atkins, Arkansas, Marsha Gail Overton of Arkansas, Pam Overton of Kilgore, and Andy Overton of Steele, Missouri; 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; one sister, Deborah Wharton of Quinlan; two brothers, Henry Palmer of Union New Grove, North Carolina and Nathan Palmer of Nolanville; other relatives and friends.

Visitation with the family will be held at 10:00 am and her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 23, 2017 at Quinlan Funeral Home Chapel with her daughter, Shannon Turner officiating. Her interment will be at 2:30 pm Monday in the Dallas National Cemetery.
