Michael Lynn Guernsey

Funeral service for Michael Lynn Guernsey, age 52, of Quinlan will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, September 5, 2022 at Quinlan Funeral Home. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Mr. Guernsey passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022 in Quinlan.

Michael was born on February 11, 1970 in El Paso, Texas to Lynn Bradley and Helen Laverne King Guernsey. He married Shawnna Webb on January 24, 2011 in Quinlan. He enjoyed fishing, reading, playing video games, watching football, and loving on his dogs.

He is survived by his wife, Shawnna Guernsey of Quinlan; sisters, Chrissy Stephenson of Grand Junction, CO, Becky Oberle of Holyoke, CO, Rachel Moore of Grand Junction, CO, Vallie Doyle of Fruita, CO; son, Stathos Guernsey of Hawaii; nieces, Caitlin Stephenson, Kassie Nelson, Krysanne Doyle, Jori Moore; nephews, Connor Stephenson, Ashton Doyle, Aidan Moore; and granny, Barbara King of McKinney, TX.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Lynn and Helen Guernsey; uncle, Leroy Guernsey; grandma, Ilene Speicher; grandpa, Bernard Speicher, papaw, James King; grandfather, Clifford Guernsey; and aunt, Linda Guernsey.
