Linda Meadows, 66, passed away on December 22, 2013 surrounded by her loving family in Plano. She was born on September 19, 1947 in Midland to her parents, Earl and Louise Kemp. Those left to celebrate her life include her brothers; Billy Kemp and wife Vicki, and Dalton Kemp, sister, Shirley Marcario, and her grandchildren; Taylor and Logan. Linda is preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Kemp and her parents, Earl and Louise Kemp. There are no services scheduled at this time.
