Linda Blakely

Linda Lee (Gant) Blakely, 66, of West Tawakoni, went home to be with the Lord on August 23, 2015 in Greenville. A visitation memorial will be held on August 27 in the Chapel of Quinlan Funeral Home from 6 pm to 8 pm. Linda was born on November 28, 1948 in Greenville to the parents, Harold Lee Gant and Ruth Alice (Martin) Gant. She is preceded in her death by her husband, Don Blakely, and her parents. Those that are cherishing the memories of her life are her son, Rodney Blakely; her two daughters, Anita Scroggins and her husband Mike, and Tina Whisenant; her four brothers, Harold Gant, Jr. and his wife Tammy, Martin Gant and his wife Christine, Gary Gant, and Randy Gant; three grandchildren, Jade Bickley, Heather Scroggins, and Arron Blakely; one great-grandchild, Skylar Violet; her beloved companion, Kenneth Potts; and other relatives and friends.
