Kevin Elliott

Kevin Kyle Elliott, 41, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013 in Mesquite, Texas. Kevin was born to LeRoy and Evelyn Elliott on July 19, 1971 in Dallas, Texas. Kevin travelled the world for the United States Government, working in such places as China, Japan, the Ascension Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Norway, Portugal and Angola. Kevin loved to travel, playing the guitar and animals. But his true passion was his family. Kevin adored his daughter, Danielle and his family. He will truly be missed. Kevin is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Felt and Doris Elliott; Harvey Mize, Sr.; as well as, Hugh and Viola Bagwell. Kevin is survived by his parents, Leroy and Evelyn Elliott; daughter, Danielle Marie Elliott; sisters, Sherry Piccolella and her husband, Greg and Stacey Griffin and her husband Tommy;nieces, Ashley and Brittany Grffin and Ann Picolella; nephews; Blake Griffin and Josh and Jake Piccolella; as well as numerous friends and neighbors. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel. Interment will immediately follow the service at Bethel Cemetery in Greenville, Texas. Reverend Cary Edwards will officiate.
