Marilyn Kay Phillips, 64, of Longview passed away on Monday, October 5, 2020 in Longview. Kay was born on August 23, 1956 in Greenville, the daughter of John Nylon Rhodes and Mattie Elizabeth (Moore) Rhodes. Kay married Rickey Lee Phillips on March 21, 1980 in Rockwall. She worked many years as a waitress.

Kay is preceded in her death by her parents and her sister, Sue.

Kay’s family who are cherishing the memories of her life are her husband, Rickey Lee Phillips; daughters, Chrystal Leanne Carter and husband Brandon of Longview, and Laura Beth Phillips of Greenville; son, Rickey Lee Phillips II of Longview; five grandchildren, one brother and four sisters.
