Katherine Franks

Katherine Ann Noles Franks, 71; passed away on Friday, August 1, 2014 in Houston, Texas. Kathy was born November 27, 1942 to J. C. and Wanda K. Noles in Dallas County, Texas. Kathy went on to receive an Associates degree in Nursing and was a registered nurse for over thirty years. Kathy worked for hospitals, nursing homes and home health care agencies in around the Dallas metropolitan area; as well as in Kaufman and Hunt counties. Kathy would meet and later marry Raymond Franks in 2004. Kathy is preceded in death by her father, J.C. Noles. Those left to celebrate her life include her husband, Raymond Franks, children, Justin and Jeanette Hyles; brother Jerry Noles and his wife Glenda; sisters, Barbara Brown and Darlene Shoemaker and her husband Bernie; nieces and nephews, Jerry, Jr., Kimberly, Stacie, Johnny, Jason, Jana, Michael, Jimmy and B.J.; as well as, numerous extended family, friends and neighbors. She will truly be missed. A celebration of Kathy's life will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. A private inurnment will immediately follow the service.
