Kakii DeMoss

Kakii Ann DeMoss, 59; passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at her home in Terrell, Texas. Kakii was born on May 23, 1953 to James and Gloria Brashears in Marshall, Texas. She worked as a dispatcher and clerical staff for most of career before a devastating stroke ended her active working life. Kakii is preceded in death by her parents, James and Gloria and a brother, Bruce Brashears. Those left to celebrate her life include her son, James Hamilton; daughter, Venita Kay Black and her husband William; grandchildren Jasmine Culwell and Jared Culwell; great-grandson Kaleb Lee Moore; sister Kay Jordan and her husband Jimmy; as well as a host of friends and neighbors. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 in Huntsville, Arkansas. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in Kakii's name to the Stroke Network at www.strokeboard.net .
