James Hope Sr.

James Bentley Hope Sr., resident of Quinlan, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2010 in Quinlan. His visitation is Wednesday December 29, 2010, from 6-8 PM at Quinlan Funeral Home. His Funeral Service is Thursday December 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Lancaster. He was born on August 3, 1941 in Dallas the son of James Wade Hope Sr. and Fannie Louise Blades Hope. Arrangements handled through Quinlan Funeral Home. He is survived by 3 daughters, Robin Dixon and husband Matthew of Kemp, Donna Henry and husband Patrick of Mesquite, Priscilla Hope of Gun Barrell City, son James Bentley Hope Jr. of Rockwall, mother Fannie Louise Hope of Dallas, 8 grandchildren, Valerie, Amanda, Constance, Carisha, Jacob, Dustin, Zachary, and Caleb, 4 great grandchildren, Manuel, Dominique, Giovanni, Izaiah, sister Mary Botello of Quinlan, brother James Wade Hope Jr, and wife Felicia of the Philippines, brother Robert Hope of Dallas, sister Patricia Kirby of Seagoville, brother Samuel Hope and wife Elizabeth of Quinlan, sister Marie Carr of Carrollton, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by wife Hattie Ruth Hope and father James Wade Hope Sr.
