Gary Carman

Gary Lynn Carman, 58, of Quinlan, passed away on January 8, 2011 in Greenville. Gary was born on May 2, 1952 in Odessa, the son of Robert Allen and Viola Myrtle (Tarlton) Carman. He married Rita Gail Eskridge on September 2, 1975 in Dallas. He served his country in the US Navy. He was a forklift operator for Posttention Products before becoming disabled. He was preceded in his death by his parents. Gary is survived by his wife of 35 years, Rita; three children, Michael Brent Carman, Gary Allen Carmen, and Stephanie Lynn Carman all of Quinlan; two sisters, Shirley Diane Petty of California and Wanda Faye Moore and husband Tony of Sulphur Springs; three brothers, James Allen Carman of Seagoville, Harold Lloyd Carman of North Richland Hills, and Clyde Harris Carman and wife Telia Mae of Seagoville; seven grandchildren, Christopher Glenn King, Deamber Sha King, Alexis Michelle Sambrosky, Brianna Leane Sambrosky, Dreyden Arron Carman, Pamela Hailey Carman, and Havannah Danielle Lehman; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. His funeral service will be Wednesday, January 12 at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday night from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
