Emily Marilyn Pospisil, 87, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 in Greenville, Texas. Ms. Emily was born on June 1, 1927 to Teddy and Minnie Litsey in Millwood, Kentucky. Emily would meet and marry Joe Frank Pospisil. Ms. Emily had a passion for sewing. She would work as a seamstress for several different manufacturing companies in the area; but always as a seamstress. Ms. Emily was also a great cook, she worked at the Quinlan Dairy Queen for several years serving her community and attended the Assembly of God. She was a loving mother and wife who spent time with her family, creating a warm safe and loving home for her husband and children. Ms. Emily is preceded in death by her parents, Teddy and Minnie Litsey; Joe Frank Pospisil, her beloved husband of fifty-eight years; brother, Harold Litsey and sister Lucille Litsey. Those left to celebrate her memory include her son, Randy Pospisil; daughters, Kathy Morgan and Cindy Owens; grandchildren, Philip Morgan, Joshua Morgan, Melissa Jeffers and her husband, Tony, Rachel Morgan, Angela Reno, Wesley Owens; great-grandchildren, Mia, Philip, Shayla, Cole, Tabitha, Kingston, Joseph, Cole, Angel, Nathan, Destiny, Bella, Brittany, Emily and Braden; sisters, Nina Johnson, Marie Langford and Dorothy Hogancamp; as well many nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbors. A private family memorial service is planned for a later date.
