Elizabeth Foster

Elizabeth Foster, 72 of Terrell, Texas, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015 in Rockwall, Texas. Liz was born April 9, 1943 to Eddie and Jesse Lee McGowan in Allen, Texas. Liz would marry Billy Wayne Foster in 1956 in Plano, Texas. They would have two children; Jubal and Cheryl. Liz would work tirelessly to create and maintain a safe and happy home for her husband and children. She loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Liz is preceded in death by her father, Eddie McGowan; her mother and step-father Grady and Jesse Lee Bell; son Jubal Foster; grandson, Kenneth Foster; brothers, Alvin and Vernon and sisters, Wanda and Linda. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Cheryl Browning and her husband James; grandchildren, Ashley Mann, Arianne Mann, Aaron Mann, Monica Foster, Bruce Foster and Tiffany Wishard; great-grandchildren, Jamie Mann, Aryanna Barnes, Alivia Godbee, Sean Mallory, Jesse Mallory, Roy Mann, Emily McCurley and Trinitie Foster. A private family remembrances is to be scheduled at a later date. The staff of Quinlan Funeral Home are honored to assist Ms. Foster's family at this difficult time.
