DENNIS DEVERS

Dennis Robert Devers, 58, of Quinlan, passed away during the early morning hours of August 26, 2016 in the peace of his home with his loving family surrounding him. Dennis was born on February 17, 1958 in Dallas to Joe Wilbur and Frances Harp Devers. He married Kathryn Sparks on May 7, 2005 in Hunt County. He worked for A-1 Glass and Stone for many years. He is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Devers; his father, Joe Devers; and one brother, Allen Devers.

The ones who are cherishing the memory of Dennis's life are: his wife, Kathryn Devers; his daughters, Syrenea McDole and Melinda Devers; grandchildren, Mary Mercer, Joseph Kolkow, and Hayes Alexander; brothers, Roy Devers and his wife Jame` and Joe Devers and his wife Patty; nieces, Amanda Devers, Haley Hargrove, Michelle Mann; nephews, Daniel Tew and Michael Devers; great-nieces, Madison Tanton and Ashtin Tew; and great-nephew, Logan Tew.

His funeral service will be Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Quinlan Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM with Chaplin Samuel Glen officiating. Family will be receiving friends at 1:00 before the service. Burial will follow the service in the Hart Cemetery in Cash.
