Fun-loving, giving, dedicated, stubborn, spiritual, opinionated, patriotic, beautiful, caring, excitable, independent and faithful. All who knew and loved Coleta has a special word to describe her. She was called Daughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Granny and Friend. But on Monday, July 25, 2011, she was called home. Coleta was born January 6, 1939 in Fort Sumner, New Mexico, to O.B. and Ethel Baker. Coleta is survived by 4 stepchildren; Glen D. Underwood, Jr. of Amarillo, Barbara A. Caldwell and her husband Charles of The Colony, Charlotte G. Murch of Coppell, and Tracy L. Underwood of The Colony, 3 grandchildren; Renee Caldwell of Celina, Kacie Underwood of Bakersfield, CA, and Logan Underwood of Amarillo, 2 great grandchildren; Colby Caldwell and Camden Caldwell of Celina, sister, Ina Fletcher and husband Steven of Wilmington, NC, brother, W.T. Baker and his wife Mica of Greyford. She also leaves behind a multitude of friends and loved ones. Coleta was proceeded in death by her loving husband, Glenn D. Underwood, Sr., parents O. B. and Ethel Baker, brother Sean Baker, Sisters Bessie Beaver and Mary Jo Witaker, precious grandchildren Amber Leigh Underwood and Latosha Nicole Underwood Her funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday July 28, 2011 in the Chapel at Quinlan Funeral Home in Quinlan with Brother Michael Williams officiating. Her burial will follow the service in Lakeside Memorial in Quinlan, Texas. Visitation with her family will be Wednesday July 27, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm in the Chapel at Quinlan Funeral Home. Her arrangements were made under the direction of Quinlan Funeral Home.
