Clifford Baker

Clifford John Baker, 62, passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2014 in Greenville, Texas. Johnny was born to Clifford and Thelma Baker on March 9, 1952 in Snyder, Texas. Johnny would meet and later marry Blinda Thompson, the love of his life. They were married for 24 yrs.

At theage of seventeen, Johnny would begin a fourty-three year careerin Road Boring. Working with MSI and ending with Longhorn Road Boring.The relationships he and Blinda developed with his employer and coworkers quickly became one of family and would remain so to this day.

Johnny is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Thelma Baker; sisters, Deanna Baker and Shirley Roller.

Those left to celebrate his life include his wife, Blinda; daughter,April Stanford and her husband Bryant; son, Colby Baker and his wife Konnie and daughter,Jamie Baker; grandchildren, Zackary Brewer, Jakob Brewer, Chase Baker, Jadyn White and Cameron White; sisters, Lillian Allred, Judith Allred, Frankie Hale; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, friends and neighbors. He will truly be missed.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.A funeral service will be held the following day, Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home.
