Billy Moses

Billy Wayne Moses, 51, of Winnsboro passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 in Tyler. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Thursday, July 21, at the Quinlan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Boles officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Quinlan Funeral Home.

Billy was born December 26, 1964 in Dallas, Texas to Wayne Moses and Barbara Cockrum Moses. He worked all of his life as an Electrician Assistant for different companies until falling ill. He lived life fully and loved to see a smile on everyone's face. Those that knew him will miss his liveliness that he brought to every room he entered. His love for his children and family was undeniable and was evident in the smiles that they had.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents Richard and Barbara Moses of Winnsboro; daughters Cassandra Staggs and husband Tony of Grand Saline, and Elisabethe Moses and Mike of Lake Tawakoni; son Billy Moses and wife Brittany of Houston; grandchildren Braxton, Conner, Matthew, Alley, and Malley; sister Evelyn Elliot and husband Eddie of Forney; brother Donald Moses of Winnsboro; numerous nieces and nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his daughter Michelle Moses, and grandson Cameron.
