Betty Haskins

Betty Joyce Haskins, 82, of Terrell passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family. Betty was born on July 14, 1938 in Dennison, the daughter of Marvin C. Parks and Selma J. Whitaker. She married John W. Haskins on December 24, 1959 in Dallas. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Terrell.

Betty is preceded in her death by her parents, Marvin and Selma Parks, and a son, Steven Curtis Haskins.

Betty is survived by her husband, John Haskins, and two sons, Mike Haskins and Sam Haskins.

Visitation with her family will be Friday, January 29, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Goggans Funeral Home in Terrell. Her funeral service will be Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 2:00 PM in First Baptist Church of Terrell with Senior Pastor John Lowrie officiating. Interment will be on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM in Highland Memorial Gardens.
