Arthur Guillory

Arthur Clarence Guillory, 69, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Arthur was born on September 19, 1944 to Clarence and Bernice Guillory in Marksville, Louisiana. Arthur would meet and later marry Mina McCormick in March, 1984. Arthur would work as a self-employed contractor for many years. Arthur is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Bernice Guillory and six sisters. Those left to celebrate his life include Mina Guillory, his wife of thirty years; daughters Melissa Parkman and her husband Eddie, Sharon Kent and her husband Edgar; grandchildren, Nathaniel Guillory and Sharissa Martinez; sisters Mable Louis and her husband Lawrence, Sable Blunt and her husband Earle; nephew Jesse Wilson; as well as numerous extended family, friends and neighbors. No services are scheduled at this time. A private celebration of Arthur's life will be held at a later date.
